" A beautifully presented and extended 1930's three/four bedroom bay fronted semi detached home occupying a large plot. The accommodation briefly comprises entrance hall with doors to the cloakroom, living room and family room/kitchen and stairs to the first floor with storage under. The living room is bay fronted and has a working open fire and cupboards to the chimney recess. The open plan family room/kitchen has limestone/stone flooring (with underfloor heating) continuing from the hall, a suspended gas fire, double doors to the rear garden and space for a dining room.
