" A period three storey semi detached house, found in a central location within walking distance of the town centre and promenade and with the Waitrose superstore being several hundred yards away only (on foot). The well presented accommodation briefly comprises entrance lobby with door leading to the sitting room. The sitting room has a UPVC double glazed window to front aspect, feature fireplace with cast iron surround, built in storage to chimney breast alcoves, doorway to the kitchen/breakfast room, stairs to first floor and an under stairs cupboard. The kitchen/breakfast room has two UPVC double glazed windows to rear aspect, UPVC double glazed door to rear access and tiled flooring and is fitted with a range of eye and base level storage units with roll edge work surfaces over and inset stainless steel sink and drainer unit with mixer tap.
