" A sunny and well proportioned end terrace modern Georgian style town house situated in a superb location between Montpellier and Christchurch in the heart of Cheltenham.

The accommodation is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor there is a full depth living/dining room with glazed doors leading to a sunny conservatory style reception room which opens to the garden and covers the full width of the house including access to the kitchen. On the first floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom.

There is gas fired central heating and part double glazing. To the front the house is elevated from the road and to the rear a pathway leads from the en-block garages to a high garden gate to the rear entrance. The garden has a lawn bordered by flower beds and small trees and bounded by a high brick wall.

The house has the advantage of a private garden to the rear as well as a garage with additional parking in front. it is a perfect property for those wishing for privacy but wanting to be within close proximity of the fashionable shopping area of Montpellier as well as the town centre, supermarkets and amenities.
