" Welcome to Number 1, Parabola Mews, a super three bedroom modern semi detached family home which is beautifully presented, ready to move into and enjoy and whilst the property is within minutes` walk of the Promenade, the location is one that offers peace and tranquillity and is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of central town living.

Due to the location, the new owners can enjoy all that Regency Cheltenham affords to include an array of shops, cafes and theatres as well as a town hall. Cheltenham is also home to festivals which include; Jazz, Science, Food and Literature as well as the world-famous Cheltenham Gold Cup which takes place at Prestbury Park in March. Another point to note about Cheltenham is that it offers easy access to the M5 as it sits between Junctions 10 and 11 which means a commute of approximately an hour to Birmingham and Bristol whilst a direct train means Paddington is reached within two hours.
