The house, dating back to the 17th Century in parts, consists of two bedrooms, sitting room, study/reception 2, kitchen, rear lobby and downstairs shower room on the ground floor while upstairs there are two good size bedrooms. The house has lots of character features including exposed beams, exposed stone walls, an inglenook fireplace with inset woodburner and stripped wooden flooring. Outside there is a compact, easily maintainable garden with front path leading to the entrance door and several well established small trees. *NO ONWARD CHAIN*
