All electrical sockets light switches are matching gun metal fixtures as are all sockets and switches throughout the home) and the room sports 12 spotlights to give great lighting in the room and at the end of the dining room there are Double Glazed Oak Finish Double Patio Doors which opens onto the lower section of the garden.Kitchen/Diner: Aprox 13m x 4m Again the porcelain tiles flow through from the entrance hallway into the kitchen/diner throughout. A fully fitted kitchen in cherry with Black Granite worktops and plinth under lighting as well as bespoke under cabinet lighting with integrated dishwasher, top of the range stainless steel sink and mono-bloc ceramic disc tap compliment this area. The kitchen is tiled with Mint Green Solid Glass tiles which match perfectly with the Mint and Charcoal Grey paint finishes and granite work surfaces. A medium size window overlooks the lower part of the garden with again the same matching blinds which are to be seen throughout the house. There is also a stainless steel oven and grill which is electrically run and the hob is a black glass 5 ring gas baumatic model and stainless steel/glass cooker extractor which works with carbon filters and has built in spotlights. the room is heated again by a vertical designer radiator with thermostatic temperature controlled valves.The kitchen flows into the diner area where there is an American Style Fridge Freezer which has an integral ice maker and there is direct plumbing to that area for the water supply. This again has a Double Patio Double Glazed Matching Oak doors that lead out onto the garden. The kitchen and diner is lit via square brushed chrome spotlights which have low voltage 12 watt lamps. A final downstairs Beech matching interior door leads through to the Wet/Splash Room.Wet/Splash Room: Aprox 4m x 3m. as there is a heated swimming pool in the garden and hot tub so this addition to the house in invaluable as after a relaxing weekend in the south facing garden and a dip in the pool and hot tub you can take a shower in the walk in splash room area. This room is tiled from floor to ceiling in black slate finish porcelain tiles and same tiles run through on to the floor area with shower drain to remove any water from your shower. Also there is an internal wall tap and outside the front garage another outsides tap and retractable hose system which is handy for any spraying of the front garden or cleaning of the car or drive.
