" Welcome to Brookfield House, a detached and executive five-bedroom family home located within a development of similar style properties in a desirable Gloucestershire village found to the North of Cheltenham.

The village of Teddington is located four miles from the larger village of Bishops Cleeve, which has its own High Street and offers an array of national and independent shops, restaurants, bars and sporting activities. The larger town of Cheltenham is located a little further but is within eight miles and has renowned shopping facilities, a town hall and theatre and hosts several festivals to include: Food, Literature and Science

Returning to the property, you approach through wrought iron gates leading to the driveway where parking is available for several vehicles. Stepping through the front door, straight away you begin to understand how spacious this property is. A large open hallway with sweeping oak stair case greets you with doors and openings leading to the different areas found on the ground floor.

Continue along, passing the villages of Gotherington and Oxenton and take the right hand turn signposted Teddington. Drive into the village and after a short distance, turn left into Walnut Bank Drive, where the property will be located
