This beautifully refurbished Grade II Listed townhouse was formerly part of the original Stocking Factory which was restored in the 60s by Landmark Trust. The current vendors have upgraded this lovely home further with a new roof and hips, including replaced lead valleys; updated certified electrics; new engineered wood flooring; and replaced the heating and hot water system which in addition to the upgrading of the windows has resulted in a much improved energy efficiency.

With high ceilings and many of the rooms being dual aspect it has a lovely light and spacious feel throughout. The accommodation comprises of a welcoming kitchendining room.
