" Welcome to Sylvanus, a stunning four double bedroom detached family home located along a private road, in the desirable village of Down Hatherley, which due to its setting allows an almost equal commute to Gloucester, Tewkesbury and Cheltenham.

Built in 1987, this is the first time that the home has been offered for sale in 32 years and what a house it is.

The accommodation is warm and welcoming and flows exceptionally well. There are four reception rooms which include the living room, with a central fireplace sat within a stone surround. The room is lovely and light due to the bi folding doors which allow views over the mature rear garden.

Additional reception rooms include the dining room which is open plan to the garden room and a separate study.

To the front of the house is the kitchen/breakfast room which enjoys a hand painted kitchen, modern work surfaces and a host of integral appliances. From the kitchen, an opening leads to the utility room, which is finished to the same style as found in the kitchen.

Take A40 from Cheltenham, heading for M5. At Arle Court Roundabout, take the third exit on to B4063. Continue for approximately 2 miles. Turn right onto Down Hatherley Lane at the traffic lights. Continue to the bottom of the road, passing the Hatherley Manor Hotel. At the end of the road, turn right and then take the next right hand turn into Broadclose Road. The property can be found on the right hand side of the road.
