" Welcome to Hazelwood, a five-bedroom detached family home that is located along a private road within a desirable village setting, being well presented throughout and offering a mature and established garden with the total plot believed to be approaching 1/3 acre.

The property which was built in the last 1980`s has been owned by the current owners for over 15 years and they present to the market a property that is modern in d?cor and ready to move into and enjoy from the very first moment

The accommodation is arranged over two floors with the ground floor offering a welcome and spacious entrance hall with the stairs leading upward to a galleried landing. On the ground floor there are two formal reception rooms, these being the living room and dining room. Continue to the bottom of the road, passing the Hatherley Manor Hotel. At the end of the road, turn right and then take the next right hand turn into Broadclose Road. The property can be found on the right hand side of the road.
