" Welcome to Number 5, Sawyers Rise, a stunning example of a detached executive family home located within a desirable village, presented to the market in exceptionally good decorative order, offering a high degree of privacy, mature and established gardens and extensive views.

Having owned the property since 1996, this is the first time this property has been on the market for over 20 years and from the moment you drive up to the property, you cannot help but be impressed. Located at the head of the road, the property sits in a corner plot and its L shape design enable one to get an understanding of the internal space of offer.

Once inside, the property offers a spacious entrance hall, which has recently had new floor tiles laid which continues through into the kitchen/breakfast room. Further rooms to the ground floor include the cloakroom, study and dining room. The living room is lovely and light due to the French doors that provide a wonderful overview of the garden. The living room further offers a fireplace that gives a focal point to the room, which has a multi fuel/log burner inset.

Leave Cheltenham along the Lansdown Road heading out of Cheltenham, following the signs for the M5 and Gloucester. At the Golden Valley roundabout continue straight over following the signs for Gloucester. At the Elmbridge Court Roundabout continue to follow the A40. At the next roundabout continue straight over and at the next roundabout take the third exit onto the A417, following the signs for Ledbury. After approx five miles, turn right onto Broad Street and continue along this road and into the village of Ashleworth. At the end of the road, turn left, and then take the right hand turn into Sawyers Rise. The property can be located to the right at the head of the road
