Corsend Road is situated just off the centre of the village of Hartpury, approximately 5 miles to the north west of Gloucester (10 min drive). Within the village are various shops including the post office and stores, a highly regarded public house and very well sought after junior school. The M5 motorway with its fast routes to the north and south and Cheltenham are all within a very short drive.

Flanesford House, built in 1991, has been occupied by the current owners ever since.  It offers excellent family accommodation of very good proportions and a highly practical design.
