Sitting adjacent to woodland, a substantial stone detached house built around 1910, the vendors having resided for over 50 years.  The property has been maintained and is smartly presented. The accommodation comprises of open plan sitting room/kitchen, the kitchen having a feature fireplace with Rayburn, second sitting room, conservatory and utility room leading to the ground floor wet room.  To the first floor are three double bedrooms, a dressing room and a bathroom with period suite.
