" A charming period cottage believed to be late Victorian, with well-presented accommodation arranged over two floors to include a good size triple aspect kitchen/dining room with lovely, far-reaching views over the valley to the Cotswolds beyond. The good sized kitchen has ample wall-mounted and base units with space for an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge and fridge/freezer. Off the kitchen is a utility room with space for a washing machine and tumble drier and a cupboard housing the oil-fired boiler. The sitting room has a stone Inglenook fireplace with inset wood burner. Also on the ground floor is an office and a good size bathroom with a shower over the bath. On the first floor there is a library/landing and 4 bedrooms with the principal bedroom having lovely views over the valley to the hills beyond.

A particular feature of this property is the beautifully planted and landscaped garden, created by the current owners and opened to the public as well as having been featured in magazines.
