" Welcome to The Rectory, a fourfive bedroom detached bungalow that sits within a prominent road in the village, enjoys spacious accommodation, wrap around gardens, a detached garage and is offered for sale with no onward chain.

The village of Eastington borders the larger towns of Stonehouse and Stroud yet the village itself includes a village shop (co-op), two highly recommend public houses, The Badger Inn and The Kings Head. The village also includes an `Outstanding` OFSTED rated primary school, a hairdressers and a butchers.

Returning to the property, the home is accessed via a five-bar gate which leads to the parking area and in turn to the detached garage, which benefits from light and power. Internally the property enjoys a welcoming and spacious entrance hall which in turn leads to the living accommodation and bedroom accommodation which are neatly split to the left and right of the building.

Of the reception rooms, there is a large and bright living room which enjoys double aspect windows and sliding patio doors onto the garden. There is also a living flame fire inset to a red brick chimney breast. From the living room, French doors lead to the dining room which neighbours onto the kitchen.

The kitchen enjoys a wealth of units and there is space for several freestanding appliances. Off the kitchen is the rear lobby where there are a number of storage cupboards, ideal for coats, shoes and wellington boots. From the rear lobby, access is gained to the separate utility room.

Moving further into the property, the home enjoys either four or five double bedrooms, dependant on how one uses the accommodation. If though the room at the front of the house is used as a reception room, then we feel this would make the perfect home office or family room.

All of the bedrooms are double rooms, and a majority of the rooms benefit from some form of fitted wardrobe or storage cupboard. Completing the accommodation is the four piece family bathroom and separate cloakroom.

Furthermore, the home benefits from gas fired central heating, being double glazed throughout and has the added benefit of having solar panels fitted to the roof.

Externally, the gardens wrap around the home with the majority of the gardens being laid to lawns. The garden is enclosed by a mix of walling and hedging and there is a large degree of privacy afforded to the owner.
