" An elevated, light and airy, two bedroom, semi detached property with beautiful views to the front. The property is located in a convenient and quiet cul de sac location just on the edge of Stonehouse town and benefits from off road parking for two cars, garage and an enclosed rear garden.

Accommodation Upon entering the property, there is an Entrance Hall with stairs leading to the first floor with under stairs storage. A door leads into the Living/Dining Room which enjoys wonderful panoramic views to the front of the property and double glazed French doors to the rear, leading out onto the garden. The kitchen features a window overlooking the garden and benefits from a range of wall and base units with laminate work surface over, inset one bowl stainless sink. There is also space for a freestanding electric cooker, space for fridge freezer and space and plumbing for washing machine. On the first floor, there is access to the loft from the landing, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
