This is an attractive red sandstone mid terrace villa sitting in the desirable south side location of Netherlee and has catchment to some of the best East Renfrewhire Schools with Netherlee Primary a short walk away from the property, also this property has catchment up to Williamwood Secondary in Clarkston.

The property itself is beautifully presented and has a beautiful blend between the period character of this style of property and contemporary living.
