There are many character features of the era retained along with many modern improvements. The accommodation comprises a spacious reception hallway, an east facing lounge with bay window, ornate coving and a focal point fireplace. There is a fitted dining kitchen off the hallway with spaces for all appliances and a fitted large five ring oven and hob with hood. The boiler was fitted in 2013.
