" A two bed lower cottage flat set within a highly desirable residential area close to all amenities.

The accommodation comprises a fantastic bright spacious lounge with an open aspect view over the playing fields opposite. The kitchen was re-fitted in July 2015 with an electric oven and hob along with rear access from the kitchen to the garden. There are two good sized bedrooms and there is a bathroom with a white three piece suite which includes low flush WC, pedestal mounted wash hand basin and bath with a shower attachment.
