This three bedroom terraced property on a quiet cul-de-sac in a modern development in Anniesland, is close to a swing park, and has a garden to the rear, making it a superb family home.

The house has a smart appearance from the outside, and there is an off-street parking area directly in front. The entrance vestibule opens on to the entrance hall, which accesses the sitting room and large dining kitchen with utility room and has a downstairs WC.

The sitting room has a large east facing window to the front of the house, and is pleasantly bright and homely. The dining kitchen, to the rear of the house, has plenty of room for a dining table and sofa, as well as a full range of fitted units, with a gas cooker with electric double oven, washing machine, fridge & freezer, & microwave. The kitchen has a rear facing window, as well as a glass door leading to the garden at the back of the house. Off the kitchen, there is a utility room.

Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms: the master bedroom has a large east facing window to the front and an en-suite shower room. The other two double bedrooms both have windows overlooking the garden to the rear.
