Ceann A-Mhara is an immaculate home, perfect for the family market located in popular Brown Avenue, Causewayhead.

One of the four bedrooms is located on the lower level with window to the side. It-s a lovely spacious room with plenty of space for bedroom furnishings. Again its quite flexible as if only three bedrooms are required, this room could be adapted to create even further living space.

The upper level is given over to the bedrooms and family bathroom accommodation accessed via a stairwell with large south facing window on the middle landing. Two of the bedrooms on the upper level are positioned to the rear of the plan with the other to the front. Excellent storage options are available within all three of the upper bedrooms with two having extensive fitted mirrored wardrobes. All are decorated nicely and are comfortable double bedrooms in size.

The family bathroom is four-piece in design to include corner bath, walk in shower, WC and -his- and -her- sinks. Good storage is available under the sink area and nice wet wall surround the shower area.

The floored loft area is accessed via a Ramsay ladder with lighting and provides an area for substantial storage or conversion subject to the necessary planning permissions.

A new Glowworm boiler was replaced within the home in February 2023 and the home is smoke alarm compliant. The windows are in great order and are of the UPVC double glazed type with trickle vents.

Externally, the home is surrounded by beautiful gardens. The front area has a grass area bounded by hedging and the rear enjoys various seating areas to the side and rear. The rear is bounded by timber fencing and conifers and a 10 x 8 ft summer house is positioned on the land.

Off street driveway parking is available to the front for three vehicles which leads to the detached garage with front and rear door.

Located in Causewayhead in the shadow of the famous Wallace Monument, this is a home you will adore.
