" ? This charming rural home with a wealth of character and history dating back to the 1700's offers wonderful views over farmland to the distant hills. Comprises entrance hall, beamed ceiling, lounge with wood burner, breakfast kitchen (beamed ceiling), P shaped conservatory, three bedrooms, bathroom and shower room. Central heating, partial double glazing, super gardens.


A rare opportunity has arisen to acquire this fabulous rural property which sits within the hamlet of Arnprior and provides lovely open views from the rear gardens across farmland to the distant Ben Ledi. The property has history dating back to the late 1700's and was originally built as a workers cottage for the Kepp Distillery. It then became an Estate Cottage and later developed into a detached house.
