HouseSimple is pleased to present this property in Stirling.

This is a bright, spacious 2 bedroom end-terraced house in a raised position in a quiet part of the village of Bannockburn, by Stirling. It has easy access to the motorway for Glasgow, Edinburgh, Perth and surrounding areas and is a short walking distance from local amenities - shops, bank, post-office and food outlets. The property offers excellent views of Stirling Castle, the Wallace Monument and the Ochil Hills.

The property has benefitted from re-roofing and painting of the outside façade in the last year.

Interiorly the rear bedroom has had a revamp in the last year and is decorated in light colours. The front bedroom is spacious and offers an excellent panorama of Stirling and the Ochil Hills. The bathroom has also had a refurbishment in the last couple of years with sand and slate grey tiles with a silver effect trim and a white bathroom suite in excellent condition. The lounge is well-lit, due to a large front window, and provides  a high degree of privacy due to the raised position of the property. The kitchen is tastefully decorated with oak effect doors, large Cook & Lewis sink and bright, light-coloured walls. There are two walk-in wardrobes- one in the front bedroom and one under the stairs, accessed from the lounge.

The front garden is easy to maintain, mostly covered in red stone chippings. The back garden is mainly slabbed but has potential for development as any potential buyer sees fit, such as garden huts, decking, or seating areas, as can be seen in neighbouring gardens. There are two sheds in the immediate back garden; one of these has electricity.

Cavity wall insulation has been carried out, the attic is well insulated and there is double-glazed windows throughout the property. There is a gas fire in the lounge which has not been used since these changes. Lead piping was replaced when the current owners moved in.
