" O'Malley property are very proud to bring to the market this well presented, 2 bedroom mid terrace house. The property is in a good location in a quiet residential area perfect for young professionals and families, and is extremely convenient for commuting, being 5 minutes from Stirling, close to Falkirk, and with ease of motorway access to Edinburgh and Glasgow city centres.

The property comprises of, entrance hallway, lounge, kitchen, family bathroom and two double bedrooms. There is gas central heating, a complete new system was installed in June 2013, double glazing and ample storage throughout. This property is highly recommended and available to view now. On street parking is available to the front of the property.

The lounge has a large window which looks to the front of the property and allows in generous amounts of natural daylight. This room is a good size, three of the walls are painted in a pale neutral shade with the fireplace wall having a feature wallpaper which compliments the rest of the décor. There is a richly coloured carpet on the floor and a modern electric fire has been hung on the wall.
