" For sale. A 3 bedroom semi detached property in the village of Cowie. The property consists of an entrance hall with W.C., Lounge, Dining room and Kitchen on the ground floor and three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The rear garden is well maintained and there is off street parking to the side of the property.

Hallway
The entrance hallway has access on the ground floor to the W.C. and Lounge. On the 1st floor there is access to three bedrooms, a family bathroom and the loft area. Both upper and lower halways have a window to the side.

Lounge - 16' 2'' x 11' 1'' (4.92m x 3.38m)
The lounge is accessed from the entrance hallway and is open through to the dining area. The decor and flooring in the lounge also carry through to the dining area.
