" DESCRIPTION: Rarely available in Callander and located in a residential cul de sac within a well regarded locale, this detached home occupies generous private gardens. The property requires modernisation throughout however the potential is superb for extension (subject to the appropriate consents) and updating. The accommodation is accessed from the main reception hall. To the front a sitting room with open coal fire provides open plan access to the dining kitchen, which then in turn accesses the conservatory from the dining area.
