This substantially extended semi-detached villa offers generously proportioned apartments over two levels and comprises: entrance vestibule leading to reception hall, bright and well-proportioned lounge, super dining kitchen which has a re-fitted kitchen area with a range of base and wall mounted units and space for appliances which include integrated washing machine, free standing cooker and there is also space for a tall fridge. The kitchen was supplied and fitted by Devon Kitchens which are well known in the local area. The downstairs bedroom and re-fitted bathroom with quality tiling.
