This beautiful semi-detached cottage which was built circa 1880 is minutes from the main promenade of Tillicoultry and sits at the foot of the Ochil Hills. Unfolding across two floors, the house has been thoughtfully extended since construction, blending typical cottage materials such as 710mm of sandstone masonry with contemporary design to create an outstanding home.

Its one of the Hillfoots villages on the A91, which runs from Stirling to St Andrews. The River Devon lies to the south.
