East Budleigh is a small sought after village with the seaside town of Budleigh Salterton being approximately two miles away. There is a bus service that connects between Sidmouth, Exmouth and Exeter as well as many of the other outlying villages. Exeter is situated approximately ten miles away and has a larger selection of High Street shops, mainline railway station connecting to London and the North, M5 motorway and an International Airport. The town of Exmouth is only 5 miles away offering good rail access to the city of Exeter, good amenities and sandy beaches.


Directions
From Junction 30 on M5, take the A3052 as far as Newton Poppleford, where you turn right onto the B3178. One mile (1.6km) beyond Colaton Raleigh, you will see Bicton College on your right. Drive through and the properties will be found just after the entrance.
