" Situated in the highly favoured estuary village of Lympstone, a short distance from the centre of the village with its range of shops, post office, several public houses, amenities and school a short distance away. The nearby train station is on the branch line between Exeter and Exmouth, with mainline trains to London Waterloo. There are also numerous community clubs and societies, as well as the beautiful cycle path along the scenic estuary walkway. The property is in close proximity to the exceptionally, well reputed St Peterโ€™s School, in addition to local state and independent schools and Exmouthโ€™s Community and Sixth Form College.
