From Topsham proceed towards Exmouth on the A376. Upon reaching Exmouth, at the traffic lights turn left into Hulham road and continue straight across at the mini roundabout, taking the next right hand turning into Marley Road. Continue along Marley Road into Jubilee Drive and at the T junction turn right in Dinan Way. Take the fourth turning on the left hand side into Old Bystock Drive, and then take the third turning on the right into the private road leading to Bystock Mews where No 10 can be found on the left hand side.
