" Available to the market is this very well presented three bedroom extended detached bungalow with driveway and garage in the quiet area of Chichester Close, Exmouth, Devon. The property is situated on a level part of the close and benefits from hourly bus routes to the town centre and nearby.

The property was extended in approximately 2005 to create a larger master bedroom with en-suite shower room which compliments the other two double bedrooms, family bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Also a very pleasant edition to the bungalow is a good sized conservatory which comes off of the hallway and overlooks the private, landscaped rear garden. The property is cavity wall insulated and benefits from good levels of loft insulation also. Just a little further up through the Chichester Close is a cut through to Phear Park and its cycle track.
