" Manley Close is conveniently situated on the edge of the village whilst the village centre with all its excellent amenities are still within walking distance. The amenities include a highly regarded Primary School, Church, two Public Houses, Convenience Store, Post Office and Railway Station connecting Exeter and London Waterloo.

The property itself enjoys light and airy, well proportioned accommodation being decorated in light neutral colours throughout. There is an entrance porch with cloaks cupboard. A good size sitting room with ground floor bedroom or office and a good size kitchen/breakfast room fitted with a range of contemporary cream fronted cupboards and drawers both at base and eye level, whilst integrating built in oven, hob and extractor. There are timber effect worktops with attractive tiled splashbacks and there is room for a breakfast table and chairs, with lovely views across the garden towards adjoining countryside.
