" Standing at the heart of this very popular, typical East Devon village, 2 Hazel Cottages is a charming terraced home of character, stylishly modernised over recent years including refurbishment of the thatched roof.

On the ground floor is a light and airy sitting room with former inglenook style fireplace with inset wood burner, inner hall, pleasant bathroom in white and a fitted kitchen with built in oven, hob and extractor and integrated fridge.

On the first floor are two bedrooms. Heating is provided by electricity.

Overall, this thatched cottage has a very pleasant feel and stands within level walk of all the excellent amenities and has a 55' long rear garden, fully fenced and enjoying a southerly aspect. Unrestricted parking is available nearby.

Whimple: The mainline railway station on the London Waterloo-Exeter line is within the village, as are the doctor's surgery, post office, church, bus service, well respected local primary school and heritage centre. There is also a cricket field and two good family pubs. The old A30 runs near the village which gives quick access to the A30 dual carriageway for easy journeys to Honiton, Exeter and the M5. Ottery St Mary is about 3 miles, Exeter 8 miles and the coast at Sidmouth is within a short drive.
