" This charming two bedroom end terraced cottage has been beautifully kept and maintained by the current owners and is conveniently situated close to the heart of Whimple.

The house itself includes an entrance porchlobby which leads into the dual aspect sitting room with a decorative fireplace providing the focal point. The kitchen has been fitted with a range of storage cupboards and drawers with complimenting work surfaces and an inset sink. There is a space for a cooker with extractor fan above. The room also provides ample space for a dining table and chairs and there is a door to rear garden.

On the first floor there are two very good sized double bedrooms with storage cupboards and also a family bathroom fitted with a white suite. From the landing a loft hatch provides access to a boarded loft with two windows providing a very usable storagework space.

To the outside the property is approached by a paved pathway leading to the front door. The adjacent front garden has been planted with mature plantsshrubs for ease of maintenance. The rear garden has been well landscaped and is predominantly paved with raised flower borders. The garden enjoys a good degree of sunlight and provides an excellent space for a table and chairs for outside dining in the summer months.
