" Slewton Crescent is a popular, maturing residential area built about twenty years ago and situated close to the heart of this desirable East Devon village with excellent local amenities including Church, Post Office, two pubs and a railway line connecting Exeter and London Waterloo.

Number 26 has been improved and extended in recent years and is a smart modern end of terrace house, attractively decorated in plain colours throughout and including a stylish recently re-fitted bathroom on the second floor with power shower. There is a well equipped kitchen with contemporary cream fronted units and timber effect worktops. This includes an LPG gas hob and electric double oven, together with space for a dishwasher.

There is a door from the hall in to the integral garage, a useful utility room

(space for washing machine, fridge freezer and tumble dryer), separate dining room, cloakroom and superb conservatory with underfloor heating, all on the ground floor.

The spacious and comfortable lounge is on the first floor with a pleasant outlook and there are a total of three good sized bedrooms.

The old A30 runs near the village which gives quick access to the A30 dual carriageway for easy journeys to Honiton, Exeter and the M5. Ottery St Mary is about 3 miles, Exeter 8 miles and the coast at Sidmouth is within a short drive.
