" Slewton Crescent is a mature residential area within a short level walk of all the excellent village amenities including the community run Village Store, Post Office, Church, two Public Houses and a Railway Station connecting Exeter and London Waterloo. The surrounding countryside offers excellent walking facilities and there is swift access to the Cathedral City of Exeter, M5, Countryside and the coast.

Number 11 is a modern detached family sized house enjoying a particularly good location on the edge of this development overlooking trees and farmland.
