" Farringdon is a small country village surrounded by farmland and countryside but extremely accessible for Exeter, the M5, airport and the coast.

This is a spacious and characterful semi-detached house with extended family sized accommodation including two reception rooms, a wonderful kitchen/breakfast room, garden room/conservatory, fourth bedroom/study with built in shower cubicle, cloakroom and integral garage all on the ground floor. Upstairs are another three bedrooms.

On the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a lovely light and airy second floor bedroom with wonderful far reaching country views.

There is an oil fired central heating system and double glazed windows together with a very pretty garden area at the front and wide expanse of gravelled parking area adjoining the lane. Plenty of caravan or trailer space.

A gate leads in to the fully enclosed and extremely well stocked garden laid out to numerous and very attractive sitting areas, full of plants, shrubs and flowers including a large expanse of lawn and a productive kitchen garden. These must be seen to be appreciated and measure approximately 150 feet in length.

The house has been kept in very pleasant decorative order throughout and has been nicely refurbished and modernised over the years and enjoys a splendid location.

Farringdon stands in a country area but is conveniently located about 4 miles from Exeter and the M5, 7 miles from Ottery St Mary and 9 miles from the coast at Sidmouth. The cathedral city can be reached via the A30 dual carriageway or the A3052 coastal road. Exeter Airport and mainline railway stations are also accessible.
