We are delighted to offer this spacious, well presented and considerately modernised 5/6 bedroom detached property situated in the attractive East Devon village of Aylesbeare, with stunning countryside views across to Dartmoor.

The East Devon village of Aylesbeare is centrally located within easy reach of Exeter, the M5, Ottery St Mary and the coastal towns of Sidmouth and

Leave Ottery St Mary on the B3174 Exeter road until you reach the roundabout where you should take the 1st exit for the B3180, signposted Westhill and Exmouth and travel for about 3? miles on this road, passingthrough the top of Westhill village. Take the 2nd signpost to Aylesbeare (just after Parsons haulage company, as the road vias left). Continue along Harp Lane and at the first crossroad (Madge's cross) turn right onto "Village Way". Boundary Oaks is the fifth house on the left, directly infront of the "Aylesbeare" village sign and just after the 2nd slow sign, the name is displayed on the gate posts "
