SITUATION This attached property dates back to 1875 and is situated in the delightful rural location of Aylesbeare in East Devon. Aylesbeare, mentioned in the Domesday Book, a 400 year old pub, 13th Century church and village hall. Aylesbeare is a very sought after picturesque village between the rivers Exe and Otter with gently sloping hills. The larger village of West Hill, with its own small shops, is just over 2 miles to the north along with its renowned primary school whilst the cathedral and university city of Exeter, providing shopping, schooling, amenities and facilities befitting a city of its importance, is approximately 9 miles distant. There are good road and rail communications with the A30, M5 and mainline railway stations on the London Waterloo and Paddington lines plus Exeter International Airport is within 3 miles of the property.
  Approximately 2 miles from the cottage are the commons for walking, riding and cycling. On the northern side of the East Devon Pebbled Heathlands, known locally as Woodbury Common, the heathlands are made up of eight parish commons including Aylesbeare Common which is a Site of Special Scientific Interest and managed by the RSPB.
  Sidmouth (7 miles) is a very attractive resort and a gateway town on the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site. DESCRIPTION Sunnyview is a fine example of an attached Victorian property dating from 1875. The property is of brick elevations under a tiled roof. Turn left just past Oaklands Garage signposted Aylesbeare. Follow this road and turn left at Madges Cross signposted Aylesbeare.
