From our office in Longbrook Street proceed down the road and continue ahead at the mini roundabout into Pennsylvania Road. Kingsgate will be found on your left at the first set of traffic lights at the junction with Union Road. Resident parking is accessed from Devonshire Place.

Description

Built in the early 1989, Kingsgate is a popular residential Retirement Home comprising 43 properties in two buildings arranged over four floors with a lift and stairs to all levels. The development benefits from a large Residents Lounge overlooking the Communal Gardens, Communal Laundry, hair Dressing Salon, Library, central Refuse Room and Guest Suite. The resident House Manager can be contacted from within each property in the case of emergency. In the event the House Manager is off duty there is a 24 hour emergency Careline response service. There are resident car parking spaces available and allocated spaces for visitors.

THE ACCOMMODATION, WITH APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS, COMPRISES THE FOLLOWING
