Saltrens is a small rural hamlet lying adjacent to the neighbouring village of Monkleigh with its church, garage and public house and affording easy access into Bideford, a working port and market town located on the banks of the River Torridge and houses an excellent range of everyday amenities. At Bideford, the A39 (North Devon Link Road) leads through to Barnstaple, North Devon's regional centre, located on the banks of the Rivers Taw and Yeo, and houses the areas main shopping business and commercial venues. At Barnstaple, the A361 North Devon Link Road provides fast access through to Junction 27 of the M5, part of the National Motorway Network. Within easy reach of the property is North Devon's leading coastal resort of Westward Ho!, famous for its long golden sandy blue flag beach, the adjoining pebble ridge and the Royal North Devon golf course whilst the neighbouring former fishing village of Appledore is adjacent with its quaint narrow streets and quayside. North Devon's rugged coastline is accessible around the areas of Hartland and Clovelly.

7 Saltrens Cottages comprises a semi-detached cottage of traditional construction having rendered and colour washed elevations under a predominantly pitched slate roof with accommodation on two storeys which is mainly PVCu double glazed, and now is in need of refurbishment. The property has a wealth of charm and character as an internal inspection will reveal, and it is thought that once renovation works have been completed the property would provide a comfortable famly residence. Offered to the market with early vacant possession available, an immediate internal inspection is advised!
