TENURE: The property is being sold as leasehold, the lease is 125 years in length starting from the 1st February 2010. We are offering a 51% share in the property with the remaining 49% being owned by the Westward Housing Association. For the share held by the Housing Association a rent is currently payable of approximately ?124.15 per month , there is also a monthly service charge of ?98.50 (?222.65 total) which will include building insurance, communal grounds/property maintenance and cleaning.
