" BEST & FINAL OFFERS BY 12.00 ON MONDAY 17TH NOVEMBER. An end terraced 3 bedroom and 2 reception room house now requiring complete modernisation. Occupying an end cul de sac position.

Entrance hall, bay fronted living room, separate dining room, kitchen, 3 first floor bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 single) and bathroom. Nominal frontage with side path and gate to enclosed and mature rear garden approx. 40? x 22?.

Believed to have been built circa 1950 and appearing to comprise uninsulated cement rendered and colour washed cavity block main external walls.  The roof is under felted with modest levels of insulation.  There is a mix of original cast iron and PVC rainwater goods and all windows and external doors have been replaced with uPVC double glazed units.

The internal ground floors are solid with timber boarded first floors. The property appears to have been re-wired in recent years and there are modern wall mounted consumer units and electric night storage heaters.
