" Located in this popular fishing village, within walking distance of the Quay is this beautifully presented and sympathetically restored character cottage with a pretty garden.
Arranged over three storeys the property has bright, spacious accommodation with a useful workshop and studio at the rear of the garden.
Originally built in 1856, the cottage has only been occupied by two families since and the current owner has carried out much of the improvement works to include gas fired radiator central heating, new kitchen, new bathrooms etc. etc.
Only a stroll away from Appledore Quay with its good selection of shops, public houses Tea/Coffee shops and restaurants. The Village has several galleries, Curiosity shops and places of Worship. There is also a Summer Ferry which goes across to Instow on the tide.
The wonderful Northam and Westward Ho! Burrows are within walking distance providing excellent rambles and dog walks. The beaches are within in two miles providing brilliant surfing and swimming.
