" Fernvale is a delightful period house offering charming accommodation over three floors including 2 formal reception rooms, kitchen/breakfast room & reception hall together with 5 Bedrooms, study, and two well equipped bathrooms. The property is complimented by a generous level rear garden with established tree lined boundaries, well stocked vegetable plots and a selection of fruit trees.

On the ground floor, the main entrance opens into a reception hall with multi fuel burning stove and access off to the dual aspect 25` living room, overlooking the front and side of the property, with feature open fireplace & bay window. Also overlooking the front is a separate dining room whilst the kitchen/breakfast room has a working oil fired Aga and enjoys a pleasant outlook over the rear garden. A useful utility room and convenient cloakroom are located off of the kitchen and provide access to the garden.

A split staircase leads off to the first floor accommodation, comprising of 3 double bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes together with a study, four piece bathroom and additional shower room. From Bideford Quay proceed towards Northam and Westward Ho! passing over the Heywood Road roundabout. Continue along Heywood Road turning right onto Churchill Way, signposted for Appledore. Continue past the swimming pool and down the hill passing where after a short distance, the entrance to Fernvale will be found on the left hand side.
