Littlecroft is of a particularly attractive 1930's design with facing brick and rendered exterior, rounded bay windows and brick piers. Tidily presented but recognised as now requiring some updating with potential to convert the loft space subject to appropriate consents andis also conveniently positioned to be a reasonable walk from the village shopsand beachside facilities. Westward Ho! has an impressive long sandy beach adjoining the Northam Burrows and Country Park which is also the home of the Royal North Devon Championship Golf Course.
