SITUATION The property is located in a quiet, tucked away and elevated position enjoying far reaching sea views towards Lundy Island, Saunton and Baggy Point. The master bedroom has built in wardrobes, hidden TV unit and sockets, sliding patio doors out to the rear garden and en-suite.
