Set in the heart of Little Torrington a quaint village approx 1 mile from Great Torrington which is off a County maintained highway approx. quarter mile from the A386 Torrington to Hatherleigh, Okehampton and Plymouth route.

Great Torrington is one of North Devon?s five principal towns having state Junior and Secondary Schools, locally owned shops and businesses and a reasonable choice of general facilities and amenities.

The Port and Market town of Bideford is some 8 miles to the northwest, North Devon?s principal town of Barnstaple approx. 14 miles to the northeast whilst the North Devon coastline is within 10 miles.  Access to the North Devon Link Road at Bideford or Barnstaple allows ease of communication to the M5 Motorway connection just north of Tiverton approx. 55 miles or alternatively via the County Town of Exeter some 35 miles distant.
