The home briefly comprises two double bedrooms, a further single third bedroom and family bathroom to the first floor, whilst to the ground floor is a welcoming entrance hallway, a spacious sitting room with double doors leading to a dining room with sliding patio doors to the rear garden, and a kitchen with pedestrian door leading to the integral single garage, which in turn, leads to a utility room with access to the rear garden. Outside, the home is approached via a driveway with an area of low maintenance garden. The rear garden is enclosed to the boundaries by timber fencing with an area of patio and steps leading up to the rest of the garden which is predominantly laid to level lawn with a shaped central pathway leading to an area ideal for siting a shed.
